For now, we’re only working on the call screen, starting with the individual appointments call screen and moving on to the group consultations call screen after that.
The rest of the application will follow later. We expect to start rolling out the individual appointments call screen changes early next year. |

Why are we doing this? |
The technology on which the Attend Anywhere call screen was built has served us and our clients well for many years. Video consultations are now mainstream in the NHS, largely thanks to Attend Anywhere.
New technology means there are now approaches we can take to provide an even better video call platform, still purpose-built to meet the additional privacy, security, and stability requirements of the healthcare context.
The approach we’ve adopted for the new call screen will streamline and simplify future developments and allow for greater integration between Attend Anywhere and other systems. |

There is an opportunity for you to get involved, however. If you would like to be eligible for advanced product reviews and testing, please sign up here.
Your input will help us continue to develop a product that best supports you, your patients and clients, and your organisation.
We will be updating our Help documentation and resources and will provide you with a preview of the changes in due course. If you have your own Help documentation for patients or clients, this will need to be reviewed early next year to capture the changes. |

When the new call screen has been built and thoroughly tested, its implementation will be planned into our regular release schedule. User Acceptance Testing sites will be provided, as usual.
The new call screen will be familiar, user-friendly, and accessible, and all current functionality will remain. We anticipate a smooth transition from the old to the new.
